The Kamut® cereal is the forerunner of the modern hard wheat.
It has never been altered by genetic manipulation techniques of modern agriculture, that sacrifice taste and nutrition content in favour of high yields.
We have decided to transform it in flour using an unique method enabling to manufacture a 100% wholegrain flour and then we have decided to make pasta with it using a slow drying process at low temperature. This enables us to keep most of the nutrition and organoleptic properties of the grain.

The result we propose you is a food speciality manufactured only with Kamut® and water, organic, 100% wholegrain.

It contains iron: 5,56 mg 39% RDA.
The iron values contained in this food speciality are higher than the ones usually given for a normal durum wheat pasta (INRAN bank data). This food speciality contains in average:
- almost 4 times the iron quantity contained in a normal durum wheat pasta
The fibres values contained in this food speciality are higher than the values of a normal whole durum wheat pasta (INRAN bank data). This food speciality contains in average more than twice the quantity of fibres contained in a normal whole durum wheat pasta


Food preservation: keep in a fresh, dry, clean, odourless place, out of sun rays
