Chinese population knew oat already many years ago and also Latins knew and used it. It was the most popular cereal in the regions of North Europe.
We have decided to transform it in flour using a unique method enabling us to manufacture a 100% wholegrain flour and then we have decided to make pasta with it using a slow drying process at low temperature, this enables us to keep most of the nutrition and organoleptic grain properties.

The result we propose you is a food speciality manufactured only with oat and water, organic, 100% wholegrain.

It contains:
iron: 3,95 mg 28% RDA
phosphorus 438 mg 54% RDA
The micro nutrition values contained in this food speciality are higher than the values normally given for a normal durum wheat pasta (INRAN data bank). This food speciality in average contains:
- more than twice the phosphorus quantity contained in a normal durum wheat
- more than twice the iron quantity contained in a normal durum wheat
The values of the fibres contained in this food speciality are higher than a normal whole durum wheat pasta (INRAN Bank data). This food speciality contains in average 28% more fibres than the ones contained in a normal whole durum wheat pasta.
