This pasta is manufactured only with selected raw materials. The durum wheat used is completely Italian and comes completely from Sicily. We don’t use neither imported wheat nor wheat coming from other parts of Italy.
The vegetables and the spices used are in pieces and/or leaves and the stalks and the yellow parts are discarded. No flavourings have been used. The pasta making is marked by a slow drying at low temperature enabling to safeguard most of the ingredients properties and taste composing the pasta.

The result obtained is an organic first course to be seasoned only with raw oil or butter for exalting its delicate taste.

It contains: phosphorus: 251 mg 31% RDA
the phosphorous values contained in this pasta are higher than the values usually given for a normal durum wheat pasta (INRAN bank data). This pasta in average contains 33% more than the phosphorus quantity contained in a normal durum wheat pasta.
The fibres values contained in this pasta are higher than the values usually given for a normal durum wheat pasta (INRAN bank data). This pasta contains in average three times the quantity of fibres contained in a normal durum wheat pasta.


Food preservation: keep in a fresh, dry, clean, odourless place, out of sun rays
