Castagno wholegrain spelt fusilli with walnuts
Ingredients for 4 persons
350 gr Castagno wholegrain spelt fusilli
40 fresh cream
0.75 bechamel sauce
75 g walnut kernels
nutmeg
salt


Preparation:
Boil abundant water, salt it and cook Castagno wholegrain spelt fusilli for 5/6 min. In the meantime heat the cream and béchamel in a pan, take off from fire, flavour with grated nutmeg and add crushed walnut kernels.
