THE SECRETS IN THE PREPARATION OF A GOOD ITALIAN PASTA
If you want to succeed in preparing a dish of pasta perfect in every respect you’ll have to follow carefully some basic rules of cooking.

1. Use a large – based cooking pot
2. Take one litre of water for every 100 gram of the pasta you’re going to cook
3. Use only coarse – grained salt considering the following proportion: 10gram salt for every litre of water

When the water starts to boil the right moment to salt it and to put pasta into it has come. Stir the pasta, increase the heat and cover the pot with a top to reintroduce the process of boiling. Stir the pasta now and then and cook it according to the cooking time indicated on the packaging. The cooking time begins when the water with the pasta in the pot starts boiling.

Taste the pasta now and if you consider it to be ready add a glass of cold water into the pot which will stop the cooking process while sieving.

Add a sauce according to your taste!
